Julia Nista, Esq.
Julia Nista, Esq. is a licensed Pennsylvania attorney barred in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania as well as Federal Court. She holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) and a Juris Doctorate from Regent University School of Law.
After completing her undergraduate studies, Julia spent three impactful years in Washington, D.C., working in the political arena. During this time, she worked on Capitol Hill and supported legislative initiatives, leveraging her legal training and interpersonal skills to build a national network of contacts among policymakers, lobbyists, and industry leaders. This experience sharpened her strategic thinking and taught her how to manage complex stakeholder relationships — a skill she carries into every negotiation and transaction today.
Pursuing her passion for justice and to further her legal credentials, Julia relocated to Virginia Beach and attended Regent University School of Law. There, she honed in on legal courses in business and client development, litigation, contracts, estate planning, asset protection, and federal income tax. Julia further accentuated her trial skills by litigating during her summer internships at District Attorney offices in North Carolina and Virginia. She graduated with her J.D. and successfully passed the Pennsylvania bar exam in the 90th percentile.
